<\/div>\n\n\n\nFor instance, consider a sales executive, sales manager, and vice president of an ABC Company. Here, the sales executive is required to share his records with the sales manager and the sales manager is required to share his records with the vice president. So, on the sales executive\u2019s account, you have to choose the sales manager\u2019s name in the Reporting To field, and on the sales manager\u2019s account, you have to choose the vice president\u2019s name. This will automatically share the data with the user at a higher hierarchy without the subordinate having to share the data over and over again. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
