You can set up the relative time for the record to reach a milestone and if it\u2019s not done, the workflow will trigger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>For instance, you are in a business where you need to perform a task like a follow-up call after a lead is updated within 1 hour of the update. Someone who created a record, when assigns the record to another team member, loses its ownership. This gives the users the authority to <a href=\"https:\/\/app.kylas.io\/setup\/workflow-automation\/workflows\/create\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">share the record<\/mark><\/span><\/a> details with the previous owner by setting up a workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, salesperson A assigns his deal to salesperson B. This gives the deal\u2019s authority to salesperson B. Just turn on the toggle to make the field visible in your quotation and you are sorted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>For instance, you sell laptops. Here, the price of your computer won\u2019t be enough. However, it was an issue to determine the collective data of a team. You had to manually check each team member\u2019s data and then compile it to get what was needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The new Kylas feature solves this problem.
