<\/div>\n\n\n\nKylas has now introduced App Triggers in the marketplace. This means that you can now define app triggers<\/mark><\/span><\/a> while creating a marketplace app and trigger a workflow based on that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\nFor example, if you want to set up triggers in your marketplace app for a lead, you will have to define the variables for this trigger according to your requirements, which include Display Name, Type, and Internal Name. Once you save the trigger, you will get the App Trigger URL and can send the information selected in the variables to this URL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\nEmail Management<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\nWith email tracking in Kylas<\/mark><\/span><\/a>, you were able to track if your email was delivered, read, clicked, etc. This was only available for Outlook and Gmail, which were directly connected to the authentication flow. However, it didn\u2019t work for customers who use SMTP. Now, this support is available for customers who use SMTP too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
