So, if you\u2019re unfamiliar with how to generate more prospects or widen the top of your funnel, read on; we\u2019ve got some useful tips and techniques for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:22px;line-height:1.6\">1. Once you have a schedule up and running, it\u2019s simply down to sharing and promoting that content! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" style=\"line-height:1.6\">Eventually, you\u2019ll have enough content that you can start \u2018gating\u2019 the valuable bits such as blog posts with case studies and proprietary insights. (Gating is when you request users to share their contact details in exchange for the knowledge contained in a piece of content.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:22px;line-height:1.6\">3. Y<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" style=\"line-height:1.6\">ou can\u2019t get away with blasting out standardized promotional emails to databases; you will get unsubscribed and create a really bad association with the brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" style=\"line-height:1.6\">What you can do, however, is-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"font-size:20px\"><li><em>Carefully build an email list that matches your ideal customer profile segment that lists if needed<\/em>\u2013 segment prospects by industry, by your products\/services or by location.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"font-size:20px\"><li><em>Plan an email flow<\/em>\u2013 the first touchpoint should be an introduction, if they open it\/answer to it you send a second email contextual to their action, and then a 3rd and so on.
